Ensuring that all of our products are shipped using internationally reputable transport services, we are able to access and provide tracking numbers on all purchases, helping to make sure that your order is headed to the right destination within the right expected delivery time.

How much is shipping?
- Standard Worldwide Shipping is US$7.50 (per item).

Standard U.S.A Shipping is Free on all orders over US$80.00.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your location based on your country, or state of origin. Please use this table as a reference for Shipping to your Country. Please keep in mind, that initial processing of your order can take between 1-5 business days. In most instances we ship next business day.

Shipping time depends on how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection. Please note that due to a lack of security within certain postal systems we will not ship to Brazil, Italy, Russia, UAE. We reserve the right to refund and cancel transactions if the shipping country is not advisable.
International buyers please note that there are occasionally delays in transit that are beyond our control. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us and we'll do what we can to get it to you on time.

- Can I have a tracking number?
- We provide a tracking number via email.
- Where are your warehouse located?
- We currently have warehouses located across the United States.
- Can I pay in my local currency?
- The currency will be set to USD by default. If you are in another country, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so that they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once - they are on the way! Again, please always feel free to contact us, if you have any questions about your order.
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly, or our order confirmation has accidentally been sent to your spam folder. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
- If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- What is your refund policy?
- Making YOU happy is our number one priority. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, if your order is defective (dead-on-arrival) or materially different from what was presented on the product page, we will conduct a proper review of the issue and determine if a refund is to be paid to you. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
- Why is Cranky Rocker called 'Cranky'?
- Cranky Rocker is one of the main creators of Rock Reflections. His name came about after years of frustration and disappointment at the deterioration of the musical quality of popular music and the way it is delivered to the world. His determination to preserve the integrity of real Rock Music and its longevity is the driving force behind Rock Reflections, through this site and all of the associated social network pages. Cranky's big message to all rockers is "Keep rocking, keep the good stuff playing and never settle for mediocrity."
