At Rock Reflections, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we currently deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer/warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer/warehouse and relevant couriers/postal service manage the processing of your order, which can take an additional 2 – 5 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our factory/warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10-15 business days. US orders are shipped using reliable courier and postal services such as USPS. After processing and leaving the manufacturer or warehouse, items usually take between 3 to 6 business days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.
We provide standard worldwide shipping @$4.00 (per item) for all orders under $35.00.
We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide (standard) for all orders over $35.00 (Some locations may be excluded).
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order, or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, Rock Reflections is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier service (using the supplied tracking number) for next steps on how to locate your package.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
